Detail Lab on wheels LLC provides Mobile Auto Detailing, Auto Detailing, Car Detailing, Interior Car Detailing, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, Auto Detailing Company, Auto Detailer and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Detail Lab on wheels LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Detail Lab on wheels LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Detail Lab on wheels LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
